She honed her modelling career through advertisements with the famous clothing brand GUESS'. The latter part of the 90s was when she was hired to model for GUESS. She was the main female on the video for "Cold", by Crossfade. She starred in the thriller Turistas after beginning her career with three appearances on television episodes, including a pilot as well as guest appearances in Entourage. For Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (the sequel to Fantastic Four), she was Frankie Raye. In 2009, in the spring she shot the 2010 movie Tron: Legacy in Vancouver, British Columbia, with her Turistas co-star Olivia Wilde In 2010, Garrett played a part in"Remorse," a Season 6 House episode "Remorse" together with Wilde.
